When Mrs. Hash is very close to finishing the portrait, the client is invited back to the artist's studio to a review session. It is recommended that the subject be present at this review to pose for 15 - 45 minutes for any finishing touches that might be necessary. At this session, the client is invited to discuss any minor adjustments that they feel will bring the finished painting in line with their own vision.

When the client is completely satisfied with the painting, the original contract is signed a third time indicating their approval of the final painting. The remaining portrait fees are collected at this time (see Fees).

Mrs. Hash will retain the painting to sign and date it indicating it's completion, and to have the painting professionally photographed.
